We want you to love your pieces as much as we loved making them. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. All tags must be intact, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the return process and place a new order.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sambrookclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
